This page shows what the Parish Council are responsible for, as well as other services in Stibbard.
The Playground
Stibbard Parish Council are responsible for the play area and the playing fields. Both of which have recently been furnished with new equipment.
The play area is checked regularly by a member of the Parish Council as well as a formal annual report to ensure its safety, however if you spot anything amiss please let the parish clerk know.
Grounds Maintenance
The Parish Council pay for the grounds maintenance of the Village; the play area, the playing fields, and some of the verges. Highways of Norfolk County Council are responsible for other areas such as public rights of way. Please contact them via their website

Litter Picks
If you are interested in volunteering in future litter picks around the village, please contact the clerk.
Village Hall
The Village Hall is a community facility - it stages a number of events throughout the year and is run by a Management Committee which is elected at the Annual General Meeting.
The hall is available to hire for meetings, clubs, fitness groups, socials, weddings, birthdays, childrens' parties etc.
As the Village Hall has a "Performing Rights Society" licence, recorded and live music may be played. It is also covered by Public Liability Insurance.
